My dad made a beautiful armoire for my oldest daughter when she was little. He poured his heart and soul into this piece of furniture. Although my dad passed away several years ago, the armoire is a lasting reminder of his abundant love for his granddaughter.

Jesus has left behind reminders of His abundant love, too. They are the Eucharist, Reconciliation, and the Mass. Although Our Lord has left the earth in His bodily form, in each of these gifts he continues to shower us in His unending love. Receive these gifts often and be reminded again and again of this abundant love.

Then he took the bread, said the blessing, broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which will be given for you; do this in memory of me.” – Luke 22:19
